Oregon State Women's Basketball Camps

Team Camp

For: High School Varsity, Junior Varsity Players and AAU teams
Dates: Fri. June 20 - Sun. June 22
Times: All day on the 20th and 21st.
Ending at 1:00pm on the 22nd.
Check-in: Check-in 8:30 am - 10:30 am on Fri. June 20, 2008
Cost: $750 per team *Minimum 8 players per team*

Participants at the Oregon State University Team Camp include high school varsity and junior varsity players, as well as AAU teams. Each team will be assigned a division in the tournament format camp. On the last day of the camp, the top 2 teams in each division will play for the championship. Each team will play a minimum of 6 games during the camp. These games provide a great opportunity for teams to work on improving for next year.

Team reservations are made on a first-come, first serve basis. Coaches should complete the registration. Cut-off for online registration is set at Wednesday, June 18. Cut-off for mail-in registration is set at Thursday, June 19. Check-in will be from 8:30 am - 10:30 am on Friday, June 20, 2008 at Gill Coliseum.

Each team will have the opportunity to get an inside look at the facilities used by the Oregon State Women's Basketball team and coaches. In addition,

each coach will have the opportunity to attend "Chalk Talk" sessions with the OSU staff. Each camper will have the chance to be evaluated by Oregon State Head Coach LaVonda Wagner and staff while also learning about what it takes to be a Division 1 student-athlete at a Pac-10 Institution.

Teams and Coaches: Each coach is responsible for the supervision of his or her players. Coaches are responsible for their team's accomodations and meals. Hotel information will be sent in team camp confirmation packets. On the last night of camp, there will be a pizza party for all teams and coaches. Camp will officially end at 1:00 pm on June 22 with an awards ceremony.

Coaches will be mailed a roster and consent/emergency information with your confirmation packets. You must fill out and return the roster with consent/emergency information forms from each participant prior to the start of camp. Please mail all forms together as a team.

There are a limited number of rooms at a local hotel being held with an OSU Girls Basketball Team Camp rate. These rooms will be available until May 21, 2008. Register early to ensure lodging at a great rate!
